Add the White Wizard to your board game WhatsApp group.
Step 1: Add The White Wizard to your WhatsApp group. Easy.
Step 2: The white wizard will automatically provide your group with weekly board game suggestions for your next board game night, powered by AI sentiment analysis.
Step 3: The White Wizard will also send a weekly poll to the group to select a date for a board game night. If group participants do not answer the poll, they will receive an individual reminder.
Per default, the White Wizard will send one reminder regarding the selected date.

What features are planned for the future?
The next feature released will be a board game night summarization tool. In essence, it will record your whole game night audio and will create a short and succinct summary, such that you can rediscover and retell all the personal highs and lows of that night in an instant.
How do you handle privacy?
We are using OpenAI GPT to process data, however we will never share your phone number(s). If you remove the bot from your WhatsApp group, we will delete all associated phone numbers from our database. You are always free to create a new group and exclusively use the bot in this group.

How are you generating board game suggestions?
As a backbone, we are using a large language model fine-tuned on specific information from the internet (e.g., boardgamegeek.com and reddit/r/boardgames).
Why is the bot sometimes unresponsive?
In order to save on costs, we do not run it all the time.
How can I disable reminders for individuals/the group regarding polls?
Write !disable-reminders-group or !disable-reminders-individual.
How can I disable polls?
Write !disable-polls.
How can I disable weekly board game suggestions?
There is no way to do this currently. Reach out to us if you would like such a feature.
